Soft­ware can do many things for us. It can makes tasks much eas­ier and helps us stream­line our every­day lives. These are pro­grams and apps that I have used and can rec­om­mend for help­ing your run your busi­ness and cam­paigns. These will help with pro­duc­tiv­ity and make our mar­ket­ing lives just a bit eas­ier. Three things for your information:

- Some of these are avail­able to down­load directly and are free
– If it’s free and not a direct down­load, then it might be some­thing you have to sign up to get. You can always unsub­scribe if you want to.
– If there is no free by the title, then that will lead to a page where you can pur­chase the prod­uct. In which case, more times than not will be an affil­i­ate link.

Sum­mary: This soft­ware is mas­sive, and free (for the time being). As mar­keters we need to be orga­nized to make things eas­ier. This pro­gram orga­nizes every­thing from ebooks and reports to your affil­i­ate links. Highly rec­om­mended.

Quic­knote add on for Fire­fox Free
Sum­mary: A sim­ple and sub­tle add on for fire­fox that does won­ders. Basi­cally takes the use­ful­ness of sticky notes and sets them in the side­bar of your browser. Great for keep­ing notes and ideas on.

Sum­mary: A plu­gin for word­press that you can use to help you cre­ate more search engine friendly con­tent while keep­ing the read­abil­ity. It’s nice how it works and they are com­ing out with a web ver­sion as well. p.s. Not an affil­i­ate link. Yet.

Teux Deux Free
Sum­mary: To put it sim­ply it’s an online to do list. It’s very sim­ple and easy to use. It’s the clos­est thing I’ve come across com­pared to using the good old pen and paper. Click here for a more in depth look on Teux Deux.
