Blogs are a great place for information and getting to know people. They are one of my favorite places to learn and get involved. I spend quite a bit going through blogs and finding information. I tweet daily posts that I find useful and I want to share with others. Here is a list of blogs that usually have good quality posts and are very helpful to marketing and freelancing.

A great blog and resource for freelance writers out there. Anne Wayman is super nice and helpful. Her blog also posts great links to job opportunities for freelance writers. Very informative and a must have resource for freelance writers.

Web Worker Daily
This blog has an interesting frequency for their posts. It’s usually updated with several posts at time, with a few days in between. But that’s due to having several writers on the team. Despite the frequency though, I’ve found some really helpful and insightful information here about working on the web. Including software reviews and tips for working from home.

The Wordpress Chick
If your using wordpress for your blog (you are, aren’t you?) this is a great blog for learning about wordpress. On top of that it also offers services for setting up blogs if you don’t want to do it yourself. I haven’t used this service myself, so I can’t say if it’s worth it or not, but it’s something look into. Otherwise some great content here to get the most out of wordpress.

Zen Habits
This blog is run by Leo Babauta who is a pro blogger and just recently released How I got 100k Subscribers in Two Years. Which is amazing btw. But his blog is really about productivity and the things you can do make your life more streamlined. Very cool posts and easy to read.
