To take it a stage further I would like to add that you shouldn't expect anything back. If you provide a service or help somebody then that is your choice and you spoil the sentiment if you expect that the customer will then do something in return for you and get upset if they don't...it's not how the universe works! Just keep helping others as much as you can in whatever small way and you will find that you will be fine and will receive much more back without having to expect it or look for it. I totally agree with you about providing a service.

If you provide a service or help somebody then that is your choice and you spoil the sentiment if you expect that the customer will then do something in return for you and get upset if they don’t…it’s not how the universe works!

Just keep helping others as much as you can in whatever small way and you will find that you will be fine and will receive much more back without having to expect it or look for it.
