OMV Update August 23rd

It’s that time of the week again. I added a report and ebook and huge new sec­tion. And if you haven’t noticed I redid the lay­out of the rec­om­mended resources a bit (for­maly rec­om­mended read­ings, more on this in a bit).

I fig­ured that as this sec­tion of the OMV grows, it’s going to need room to grow. As well as mak­ing it eas­ier to find stuff. So I split each type of resource into it’s own page. So now you have a page for reports, one for ebooks, etc.

I also added in a whole new sec­tion for blogs. These are all blogs that I feed through my rss reader every­day and that I find value out of. I hope they can be a great resource for you as well.

I changed the name to “Rec­om­mended Resources” instead of read­ings. This is to setup for a later date, as I find resources that you don’t just read, but you use. This will prob­a­bly con­sist of soft­ware and the like. And maybe even out­sourc­ing resources. Keep an eye out for this in the future.

Now on to the updates. One ebook, one report, and a whole sec­tion of blogs. Enjoy, and any feed­back would be most awesome!

Sum­mary: If your into copy­writ­ing of any kind, then I’m sure you have heard of Nick Usborne. If you haven’t, I sug­gest you check him out. If any­thing you can get some very valu­able advice on copy­writ­ing. Both online and off. This report includes six of his arti­cles on free­lance copy­writ­ing. Click the link to find this report. It’s on the right side. You’ll have to sign up, but the report and newslet­ter are both worth it.

Blogs are a great place for infor­ma­tion and get­ting to know peo­ple. They are one of my favorite places to learn and get involved. I spend quite a bit going through blogs and find­ing infor­ma­tion. I tweet daily posts that I find use­ful and I want to share with oth­ers.
