		<description>When I read the title to this I thought for sure you were talking about prospects.  
But after reading this I would have to say you want both!  If you have great content but you never get it out out there you loose.  If you have crappy content but its out there all the time thats bad cause nobody will respect you or be attracted to you.  So you need both great content and to get it out there consistently.  @EthanLanagan
