I agree, having those traits anyways should be a normal thing. But some people don’t. But you can change if you so desire.

I agree. Skills can be learned! One thing I would have to disagree with is that honesty, integrity and character are life long attributes. Yes people can change their ways. But for the most part if someone comes to me and wants to work with me but lacks these qualities they don’t get my time. Cause no matter their skill sets they will never lead people long term because people that lack integrity never have long term success. Maybe a bit of an off topic rant but it is what came to m ind.
