I just recently finished ProBlogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income
They cover the whole spectrum of blogging, including a bit on how it all started and where it stands today. It goes every aspect of blogging and specifically making money from blogging. Here’s a few pointers that I thought were really good.
— The basics of blogging and what blogging is.
— Niche blogging and why you should carefully choose a niche
— Blog writing tips for loyal readers and scanners
— Making income with your blog
— Using blogging networks
— How to bring traffic to your blog
Among many other topics that this book covers. It’s to the point and covers enough to get started with a well prepared blog. It doesn’t cover the nitty gritty details. But then again that would make a huge book. Topics such as bringing traffic to your blog could be a whole book in itself. So it’s enough to get started and have a real good idea of how to blog and make money from blogging.
They do however go into more detail of planning and setting up your blog so that it can last long. That in itself is worth the purchase. I’m more than happy I bought this and I definitely recommend it to anyone that’s looking into blogging themselves or already are.
The Problogger blog is so awesome as well. Check it out here. They have a lot of very informative posts, I’m glad I found them.
